Kelly Osbourne is sharing insight into her weight loss journey.
The 38-year-old, who welcomed her baby boy Sidney with Slipknot musician Sid Wilson in 2022, recently explained that her determination to bounce back after her son was born may have been a tad extreme.
"I was like, 'Well, I lost all the baby weight. Let's see how far I can go with it,'" she told Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Shay on the Sept. 8 episode of her Scheananigans podcast, "and then went a little too far."
Kelly recently echoed similar sentiments about feeling like she needed to look a certain way during her postpartum period.
"I'm going to be honest, I felt the pressure of after having the baby to lose the baby weight," she exclusively told E! News in an interview published Sept. 7. "It became my mission. I was obsessed with it because I didn't even want to get brought into the conversation, I just wanted to be left alone."
While the new mom admitted that she feels great in the skin she's in, she also didn't sugarcoat her experience to lose the weight.
"It was a lot of work," she said. "It was miserable. I was hungry all the time, but I'm really happy with the results."
Of course, this isn't the first time Kelly has candidly spoken out about her post-baby appearance. In fact, she recently addressed rumors she got plastic surgery after people commented on her face shape.
"I've done Botox," she told Daily Mail in an interview published Sept. 5. "Now that I've lost weight, everybody is criticizing and trying to figure out what it is that I've done, and I really just lost some weight."
The former reality TV star continued, "I've never had any procedure like plastic surgery."
While Kelly revealed she's lost 85 pounds since welcoming her son, she also noted that her past gastric sleeve surgery has helped her throughout her weight loss journey.
"The road to happiness is different for everybody," she told the outlet, "and I think that instead of picking apart the journey, they should just be happy that you reached your destination."
